Mr. Martin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree and a major in Economics. He began his real estate career in Chicago with Gottlieb/Beale Real Estate (after playing professional football with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears). Mr. Martin’s activities have included a full membership in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Realtors Marketing Institute and Board Member of the local Denver chapter, local Real Estate Boards, and a number of other affiliations and memberships in professional real estate organizations.
